Die Pünktlichkeit bei Swiss lässt zu wünschen übrig. Jede Woche mindestens 45 Minuten bis zu zu 105 Minuten Verspätung sind ein absolutes NoGo!

Flight from Dusseldorf to Zurich, then Zurich to Los Angeles. in Dusseldorf, SWISS oversold the plane by 25 passengers. It was unbelievable, SWISS was randomly determining who would not fly and miss their other connecting flights in Zurich. It was by shear luck that we were able to keep our original reservation. SWISS needs to realize that this type of problem is serious. I can't imagine every flying SWISS again."

Negativ: "They charge you for everything: sitting in an aisle or window seat ($15); checking one piece of luggage ($25); for food, even on a five hour flight, save for complementary snacks like a granola bar or pretzels. I paid $11 for a tiny sandwich (it fit in the palm of my already small hands). I will definitely get good at the airport next time. It may be just as expensive, but at least it will be filling."

When I got to the airport, my flight had been changed again to have 3 layovers and getting back the next morning. When I spoke with a representative at the Rio airport she said she couldn't do anything for me but to ask at my next layover where they could switch me to a direct flight. When I asked at that airport, they said they didn't even fly direct flights. Worst airline experience I've ever had."

Negativ: "The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

Negativ: "Exceptionally unhelpful customer service when asking about extra kilos/bags. Just quoted the online info back at us. We simply wanted to know how much would be charged if the bag was 1-2kgs overweight. We could not get a straight answer, just quoted the unclear company policy. Extremely frustrating and annoying. KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"

Negativ: "Boarding was delayed a little due to weather as was takeoff. Cant blame them for weather but the connection was very tight."

Gepäck kam leider nicht an und wir wurden erts nach langem warten informiert. Swissport team hat aber einen fantastischen Job gemacht und unsere Lost&Found Formulare mit uns ausgefüllt.

Das Boarding ist bei Lufthansa auch nach zwei Jahren Corona immer noch eine Katastrophe. Keine Ansage der Gruppen, so das alle gleichzeitig zum Boarding rennen. Das gleiche beim Aussteigen. Volle Gänge keine Ansage über einen geregelten Ausstieg. Leider kümmert sich die Lufthansa offensichtlich wenig um die Gesundheit der Passagiere.

Frankfurt - Paris ist der Business Class lohnt sich nicht - es gibt kaum einen Unterschied!

Negativ: "First time my knees have touched the seat in front of me (I'm 5-10). Not sure how much more airlines can squeeze us in. Good seat recline is great if everyone is reclining, if not you will have someone in your lap. Had to ask person in front of me to not recline during meal. What really bothered me though was paying for a reserved seat and finding out we had been moved to the dreaded back row due to an equipment change. Strongly suggest passenger notification for this move. Was able to re-reserve seats on check in but there were some significant angst when I found out about this mischief."

Negativ: "We only had 45 minutes between flights. We almost missed our flight to Naples due to having to go through security again in Frankfurt. The Frankfurt airport was very congested. I wouldn’t have booked a flight with such a short layover had I known how far apart the gates were and that we’d have to go through security again. I would suggest not offering flights with such short layovers."
